The RIBAO BC-50 is a mixed denomination multi-currency bill counter for exchange houses, hotels, retail and busy cash offices that handle several currencies. It counts mixed notes and shows the value of each denomination on its colour display.
Every note is checked with CIS image technology, ultraviolet (UV), magnetic (MG), infrared (IR) and RGB light source detection plus size detection, and a real money database helps it recognise genuine notes. The BC-50 also reads serial numbers.
It supports 20 currencies. SDC mode sorts a stack by the first note’s denomination, and Auto Currency mode counts the first recognised currency and rejects other currencies – ideal for counters that receive mixed foreign cash.
